Goddess Come Home – A Sacred Book Club Return
Share
This month, we didn’t just reopen book club. We reawakened something sacred.
The evening began softly, with everyone settling in — some virtual, some in person — but all arriving with open hearts. We weren’t picking up from where we left off. We stepped into this space exactly as we are: soft, curious, and ready.
🕯️ As we opened, we lit a white candle — a symbol of peace, protection, and spiritual clarity. Alongside it, we lit incense, allowing the smoke to gently clear the space.
Let the smoke take what doesn’t belong to you. Let the scent call your spirit back to center.
This is how we begin in PGST: not with perfection, but with presence.
🌬️ We reflected on Ricki’s “Goddess Coming Home” meditation, the sacred session that reminded us our souls are still calling for reflection and rest. That meditation didn’t just inspire this gathering — it guided us here.
Her voice. The energy. The collective softness.
It cracked something open. And that’s how we knew… it was time to return to the garden.
📚 We revisited African Goddess Initiation by Abiola Abrams — a divine text rooted in ancestral wisdom, goddess archetypes, and spiritual awakening. We paired it with our Shadow Work Journals, because healing requires honesty, and truth deserves space to land.
We reminded everyone:
You don’t need to have the books just yet.
You already showed up — and that’s more than enough.
📝 Together, we reflected on two soul-deep questions:
-
What part of yourself have you hidden in order to feel safe or accepted?
-
What does “goddess coming home” feel like for you right now?
We journaled. We shared. We allowed silence to speak, too.
During the collective reading, we pulled a card from the Ascended Masters Oracle Deck — and received “Positive Change.”
That message? It was everything.
This pull reminded us that change is not something to fear — it’s something to lean into. It confirmed that the shifts we’re experiencing, both individually and as a circle, are aligned with divine growth.
This wasn’t about fortune telling. This was a mirror — reflecting exactly where our energy is flowing.
📖 We read the Introduction of African Goddess Initiation and The Shadow Work Journal together, meeting the goddess archetypes and reconnecting with the sacredness of our own stories.
We remembered why we came.
🌸 To close, we placed our hands on our hearts or womb space and spoke an affirmation aloud:
“I am returning to myself.
I welcome my truth, my softness, my power.
I am home — even in the shadow.”
This gathering was more than a meeting. It was a portal. A ritual. A sacred reminder that when we come home to ourselves — we rise.
🪷 Join us virtually every Monday at 9:30 PM. The garden is open, and there’s always a seat for you.
